We will email you the digital prototype of your custom piece within 3-5 business days of your placed order. After you have approved the prototype, we will begin work on your custom piece with an expected shipping date within 5-7 business days.

> What is the return policy?

For name-engraved pieces, unfortunately, there is a no-return policy, unless the product received does not match the digital prototype that you approved.

For all other items, there is a 14-day return policy for store credit only. Because most of these items are all highly personalized, it is difficult to expect them to have a high resell probability. Thank you for understanding.
